This is the church where we’re getting married – Holy Trinity in Long Melford, Suffolk.
It was built almost entirely in the 15th century at a time of growing prosperity among the local cloth merchants. It was and is my fiancés church since he was a young boy so its very special to be getting married there.
It is a large church which looks even grander as it rests on a small hill overlooking Long Melford village.
The choir will be in front of us and we’re hoping to get the candles lit as even though it will be the afternoon when we get married it will still be fantastic to have candlelight.
Exciting to think this is the aisle I’ll be walking on in six months time!
